Policy Development, Communication and Implementation

Our firm has been developing work rules, regulations, policies, and procedures for employers for over 20 years. Our policy development process involves learning the client’s procedures, recommending new procedures and methods, preparing employee handbooks and related policies, communicating them to the workforce, ensuring that all government regulations are communicated and understood, and negotiating new or revised work rules within the union framework.

We regularly update and revise these policy handbooks based upon changes in employment law, changes in company procedures, changes in social standards, changes in customer sentiment, and with regard to general and technological changes specific to the industry. We conduct seminars for both large and small groups of employees to communicate the employment policies of the Company to insure that the employees comprehend and comply with the rules.
